Problem

100+ clinics were running patient scheduling, records, pharmacy, and billing across spreadsheets, paper queues, and WhatsApp threads, with no shared source of truth between front desk staff, clinicians, and clinic owners, and no way for a multi-clinic operator to manage them from one place.

Solution

We built, the platform behind MedVexGlobal.com — a true multi-tenant SaaS made of three apps sharing one backend: a clinic-facing app for doctors, nurses, receptionists, lab techs, pharmacists, and patients; a single Node/Express REST API with Postgres and JWT auth; and a separate superadmin dashboard for the platform operator to manage every subscribed clinic, plan, and payment. Every clinic's data is isolated by clinic_id, with a platform-wide super_admin role kept fully separate from any single clinic's staff roles.
